Advantages:

Очень просторный, чистый дом. Чувствуется, что за домом тщательно следят хозяева. Все очень продуманно и удобно. Рядом озеро с мангалом и зоной отдыха. В доме очень тепло и комфортно. Сауна в доме. Кухня, много спален, большая терраса. Дети были в восторге от навесной качели.

Disadvantages:

Не очень удобная подъездная дорога зимой. Если прошел снег, то без машины с полным приводом и высоким просветом застрянете(крутой подъем, который местные дорожные службы забыли)
