Advantages:

Приветливая хозяйка, заселились быстро, в квартире чисто, не прокурено. Спать ни соседи, ни посторонние шумы не мешали

Disadvantages:

Нет кровати, только 2 простеньких дивана, если рост 1.90, то спать по диагонали. ГВС из бойлера
