Advantages:

Есть места для парковки, большая пятерочка рядом, просторный двор

Disadvantages:

Показалось, не очень чисто: недопитый чай на столе, развешанные на дверях сохнущие простыни... Далековато от центра, хотели поужинать сходить, а в этом районе ничего нет (речь не про квартиру на ул. Спортивной, туда нас хозяйка не заселила, хоть мы бронировали именно эту)
