Advantages:

Чистота. Скорость заселения.

Disadvantages:

Постельное белье не глажено. В ванной засорена раковина. Квартира холодная. Кровать скрипит, спальное место у дивана перекошено. С мужем с пали на диване скатывались друг к другу,) зато грелись.
