Advantages:

Отличная просторная квартира с высокими потолками, есть две удобные двуспальные кровати, постельное белье, полотенца, в спальне есть кондиционер, кухня укомплектована техникой и посудой. Заселение и выезд прошли без каких-либо сложностей, хозяин приветливый и пунктуальный. Расположение удобное. Рядом есть кафе, рестораны и магазины, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, рядом несколько скверов и парков, театр. Во дворе есть места для парковки, всегда было где поставить машину.

Disadvantages:

Кондиционер только в одной комнате (спальне), а окна второй выходят на довольно оживленную улицу и в жару открывать невозможно - ночью очень шумно. Квартира на третьем этаже и лестница довольно крутая (лифта нет), например с детьми, коляской, или пожилым будет сложно спускаться/подниматься.
