Advantages:

Просторно, удобные спальные места, с парковкой нет проблем, в квартире тепло, с водой горячей, холодный всё хорошо (были в начале ноября).

Disadvantages:

Не чистоплотно, захламлено вещами, которые выкинуть- жалко, а с собой забрать- не нужно.
