Advantages:

Очень ответственный хозяин. Не смотря на то, что мы заехали около 22: 00, ждал нас. Встретил, все рассказал.

Disadvantages:

Надо понимать, что квартира не новая и есть свои нюансы. Не хватает ночников в комнатах. Нет тумбочек прикроватных. Нет комода в комнате, не куда даже вещи положить около кровати. Матрас на кровати уже повидал многое, спать не удобно, пружины впиваются в спину. Если устранить все эти недостатки, то квартира будет идеальная.
